<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Are you a Learning and Development Manager looking for new and exciting permanent part-time opportunity working in the non-profit sector? Would you like to work for one of London's most historic buildings on a hybrid basis?</p><p>The organisation is a leading venue for tourism in London and one of Britain's most famous and beautiful buildings. They attract over one million visitors a year from around the world, who attend events, services and tours that take place on a daily basis.</p><p>They have around 290 friendly and interesting staff members along with a huge number of passionate volunteers that help make the organisation the wonderful place it is.</p><p>The part-time Learning and Development Manager paying £45,000 pro rata per annum (28 hours per week) will create, develop and design an L&amp;D approach that is effective for all staff and volunteers.</p><p>The key responsibilities of this part-time Learning and Development Manager include:</p><ul><li>Creating and managing all aspects of the L&amp;D process, including planning and ongoing implementation.</li><li>Designing, developing, and delivering training sessions for staff on a wide range of subjects.</li><li>Reviewing and assessing both individual, departmental and organisational learning and development needs in collaboration with the Head of HR.</li><li>Drawing on current thinking in L&amp;D to create content and resources that are modern and engaging.</li><li>Plan the annual training calendar and other learning and development activities.</li><li>Champion health and wellbeing strategies and other strategies that enable staff to be their best and create a working environment where everyone can thrive and flourish.</li><li>Working with the Heads of department to drive induction, orientation and the successful on-boarding of new staff.</li></ul><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional, looking for a part-time role where they can make a huge impact on an organisation. The Learning and Development Manager will have a track record of designing and delivering training along with being able to produce training data and reports.
