As an AMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing an operational year plan for department activities, and suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures<br />
<br />
As an AMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Handling standardized project processes</li>
<li>Handling diverse clients in the region</li>
<li>Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks</li>
<li>Working closely with high level people from the business</li>
<li>Specifying needs, communicating project approaches and presenting outcomes of research done</li>
<li>Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&amp;E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained</li>
<li>Ensure all required KPI data is uploaded to global database for inclusion in the Global AMO Dashboard</li>
<li>Ensure the proper Shop Supplies are being ordered consistently on items for workshops and manage usage to prevent abuse/unnecessary waste</li>
<li>Ensure the monthly HSE reviews are being completed with support from local HSE</li>
<li>Ensure Daily Tool Box talks are facilitated each morning (if applicable) and that all content is effective and sign in sheets completed and filed (including any 3rd Party &amp; Field folks if working in shop)</li>
<li>Own workshop HSE &amp; Quality for your respective location</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree or higher</li>
<li>Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in oilfield services</li>
<li>Have experience in Assembly Maintenance and Overhaul for 6 years</li>
<li>Have the ability to communicate in English</li>
<li>Familiar with Baker Hughes HSE and quality compliance requirements</li>
<li>Have the ability to influence others and lead teams, and display strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Have the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees, and display excellent communication skills</li>
