Partner with the best As a Filtration Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for: • Supervising Fluids Environmental Services (FES) mobilization, operations and demobilization of FES equipment • Troubleshooting equipment and preparing daily reports • Performing on the job maintenance, and ordering equipment and supplies • Supervising Field Service Operators during service delivery . • Attending all required safety meetings and conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: <ul><li> Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in filtration operations </li><li> Have a diploma or higher (two year technical degree preferred) </li><li> Have onshore and offshore experience </li><li> Have excellent communication and problem solving skills </li><li> Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills </li><li>Have sufficient knowledge and experience in Solid Control Equipment and Running Mud Shearing Units</li><li>Be proficient in MS Office and have excellent computer skills</li></ul> Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone. • This role is a shift based working pattern.
