Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries. <br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br> As a Logistics Specialist, you'll manage transportation and customs related processes for movement of goods to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers to support our projects in Europe and Africa. You will be engaged in Airfreight, Sea freight and ground mode, from clearance up to final destination, working closely together with agents regarding local customs regulations, and be part of our global Logistics team. <br><br>As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li> Developing and defining transport plans, selecting efficient Logistics Service Providers, organizing the load and managing movement of goods through to final delivery. </li><li> Arranging required customs clearances shipping / receiving & packing activities. </li><li> Adopting best-practice guidelines and influencing and implementing continuous improvement for processes. </li><li> Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to share and communicate project information. </li><li> Building relationships with internal teams and customers to ensure clear communication and trust. </li><li> Ensure logistics compliance to all regulatory requirements and company policies. </li><li> Support global logistics function, as required. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience. </li><li> Show solid experience in logistics. </li><li> Be a good team player, have a full professional proficiency in English and problem-solving skills. . </li><li> Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
