<br />
You will work across key initiatives to identify and develop strategical technological transformations to innovate processes, products and services. You will leverage internal networks and external connections scouting, evaluating and incubating new and emerging technologies and their possible application.<br />
<br />
As an Open Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Setting up best practices to connect external opportunities with internal needs and vice versa</li>
<li>Managing internal and external crowdsourcing of ideas</li>
<li>Delivering trainings on open innovation and design thinking</li>
<li>Building a network of external partners to manage scouting and acceleration of technologies</li>
<li>Setting up process and tools to gather all the opportunities</li>
<li>Looking after the communication and sharing practices of the team, connecting it with the wider organization</li>
<li>Looking at synergies/integration with current and future product offering, identify technology injection opportunities, development of innovative solutions and potential disruptions.</li>
<li>Evaluating potential external technology collaborations, partners and suppliers.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have Master&
39;s Degree in STEM or Economics disciplines</li>
<li>Have work experience or academic background in open innovation and technology and innovation management.</li>
<li>Have sound problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Be an excellent communicator, fluent in English</li>
<li>Be open to new ideas, curious, creative and inclusive</li>
<li>Be dynamic, self-starter and with an entrepreneurial mindset</li>
<li>Have experience in sustainable technology /clean energy / energy transition</li>
</ul>
