Wipro is looking for a Senior Communicator to join a high-performing and creative team driving a culture transformation. You will work with the Communications Lead to help teams across Wipro – including Human Resources, Wellness, and Compensation & Benefits, among others – to transform employee experience. You will interact with people, organize projects, understand requirements, develop communications, and find creative ways to drive our cultural transformation. You are creative, innovative and possess the ability to work effectively while building relationships with stakeholders and business teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Liaise with business/support leaders to understand requirements, and drive conversations. Develop solutions for more effective communications or better employee experience Work with the internal team and expert partners to create high-quality communication collateral. Understand and incorporate key messaging through existing communication channels and provide guidance to business on campaigns. Help streamline communication vehicles and processes for efficient delivery of messages and overall strategy. Track key communication efforts and measures and contribute to dashboards/reports. Facilitate group discussions and independently lead initiatives. The ideal candidate: Can navigate, interact effectively with, and provide input to stakeholders at all levels of the company. Has exceptional writing and editing skills. Possesses a strong command of the English language with all its nuances and rhetoric, and figures of speech. Has a rigorous emphasis on quality and great attention to detail. Is business-oriented, with the courage to question the status quo and drive change. Able to effectively collaborate with co-workers and subject matter experts to achieve stronger outcomes. Can balance multiple priorities and work well independently and with teams, both in-person and virtually. Has strong listening skills, with the ability to assess communication issues and then influence stakeholders to take desired actions. Has experience with communication, social media, and collaboration platforms. Academic and work qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, creative writing, English literature, or applied arts. Minimum 10 years of communications experience.
