Senior Programme Manager

Mission: To lead the UK&I programme supporting the global roll out of project unify – SAP to S/4HANA Key responsibilities: Daily program management throughout the program life cycle; working in alignment with the PMO Defining the program governance (controls) in line with PMO expectations; Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress contributing to the weekly status reports from the PMO; Managing the program’s budget - tbc; Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements in line with the PMO process; Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; Managing and utilizing resources across projects – identifying potential pinch points and flagging to PMO for support; Managing stakeholders’ communication, including local and global steerco meetings / monthly and weeks reporting / programme meetings Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager (tbc) Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document. Skills and attributes: Excellent knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques; Strong understanding of SAP having managed several SAP programmes within different sectors Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program; Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management; Strong leadership and management skills; Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures; and The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
