Job Description Service Tech Are you customer focused and passionate about achieving client goals? Are you inquisitive and like to solve problems? About the Role As a Service Tech, you will provide light tech support and admin support for the Aurora PD. You will work onsite and remotely to complete the job duties. This is a Full Time position requiring some nights and weekend work. Responsibilities Monitoring Public Safety red light systems. Conducting QA/Safety checks. Responding to light maintenance calls. Downloading regularly to meet client requirements. Requirements Have light tech experience including the ability to download software and perform basic MS Office admin work. Have basic computer skills including MS Office, Windows and Web-based reporting experience.
