Troubleshoots medium to complex level application, data issues, search, and production requests. Performs any other first-level tasks assigned by the manager. Escalates high risk, complex or problematic issues to the manager. Achieves productivity and quality targets set on a quarterly basis. Communicates effectively with counterparts and clients in different geographical locations. Possesses knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Relativity, Viewpoint or Omnix. Acquires knowledge of the e-discovery process. Possesses some experience working as part of a team and is a good team player. Logs accurate time entries on multiple time tracking tools. Complies with all policies and standards.
