You will contribute to the team and works with direction from the Senior Team Members or management but works independently<br><br>As a Software Engineering Analyst you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Acting as a member of the Software Center of Excellence, representing the face of high quality design and development practices</li><li>Developing high performing, scaling and innovative end-to-end web applications</li><li>Collaborating with other developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions</li><li>Applying principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques</li><li>Writing codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project</li><li>Building features such as web services and Queries on existing tables</li><li>Understanding performance parameters and assess application performance</li><li>Working on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have 3-6 yrs experience developing new user-facing features.</li><li><b>Have a strong proficiency in Java or Node.JS & Angular and developing web applications/microservices using Spring Boot, RESTful, and Web Services etc.</b></li><li>Have strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model</li><li>Have an ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks</li><li>Have an ability to make basic technology choices based on experience and be an expert or high-level user experience in software applications</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
