Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br> As a Field Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you'll be responsible for providing onsite services for drilling cervices fluids. You'll work with best equipment and chemical reagents providing relevant solutions for drilling process. You'll be working closely with the customer and following specific procedures to provide ongoing support to assist operations. <br><br>As a Field Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Providing on site services by measuring, testing and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific product and practical recommendations for controlling fluid properties under general supervision. <br></li><li>Maintaining fluid properties on rig sites by testing fluid properties accurately and maintaining inventory at customer well sites. <br></li><li>Providing effective customer service by providing rig-site customers and coordinators information regarding the progress of a rig site and create/implement solutions to rig site problems. <br></li><li>Making sales calls on the field and field office level or accompany Sales Representative performing the same function. <br></li><li>Providing ongoing support to assist operations in providing our customers the most effective, environmentally safe drilling fluids available while optimizing the well-bore construction process and maximizing our customers' production. <br></li><li>Performing other related duties as required. <br></li><li>Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have relevant Technical Degree.<br></li><li>Have relevant industry experience and product line training.<br></li><li>Have general product line knowledge in addition to meeting competency requirements as outlined in ACHIEVE LEARNING.<br></li><li>Have excellent Functional /Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamworking Skills.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
