Our Cladding team insures high-quality standers throughout the manufacturing process.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Welder you will carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.<br><br>As a Welder, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Joining and fabricating metal and other well-head products through applying appropriate welding techniques.</li><li>Interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process to ensure a standard of quality.</li><li>Welding commonly used metals and alloys of varying size, shapes, thicknesses, including dissimilar metals to ensure quality finish.</li><li>Setting up, monitoring and operating multiple machines simultaneously to ensure safety and on-time delivery.</li><li>Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance</li><li>Conducting safety and risk assessment and preparing preventive and proactive measures to identify potential hazards.</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of welding experience.</li><li>Have a good technical knowledge of welding procedures.</li><li>Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.</li><li>Be able to follow simplified or highly patterned processes.</li><li>Be able to perform defect free cladding using the Fronius ETR system.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to set up troch and part.</li><li>Be able to complete big bores and ring grooves.</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
