Electric System Engineering Manager - LNG & Industrial Markets

<b>Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities</b> <br><ul><li>Lead and co-ordinate design activities, set requirements, timing, and resources ensuring the right support to the team to meet/exceed business objectives.</li><li>Be accountable for Projects/Programs milestones, customers' satisfaction, testing, goals accomplishments, cost-out strategies implementation and site installation/service support.</li><li>Work closely with other accountable engineering functions to facilitate flawless projects/programs execution for all business segments</li><li>Develop and promote innovation solutions and initiatives that can evolve our current product lines.</li><li>Follow company and regulatory quality and Environment, Health and Safety standards to ensure projects' compliance.</li><li>Lead RCA and Corrective and preventive action implementation.</li><li>Perform People talent review to create a proper career path for all employees, find opportunities to find talents and expand, retaining and attracting new ones.</li></ul><br> <b>Required Qualifications</b> <br><ul><li>Have at least 10 years' experience within an engineering environment and a Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Have solid technical knowledge of electrical Systems Engineering Integration & Validation</li><li>Have deep technical knowledge and a track proven experience with both full electric and conventional LNG application with moto-compressor and variable speed drive systems.</li><li>Have the desire to lead, influence, mentor and innovate working patterns for members of your team that contribute to the success of the business unit</li><li>Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment</li><li>Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions</li></ul><br><br><b>Desired Characteristics</b> <br><ul><li>Demonstrate good presentation skills, leadership in communicating business goals.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication & leadership skills</li><li>Be fluent both in English and in Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permit</li></ul><br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
