OVERVIEW The warehouse inventory planner is responsible to maintaining the warehouse management programs as well as supporting operations through material sourcing and process development. This candidate will need to be able to work with a team and influence peers and processes to be successful. Warehouse Management System Ownership Yard management Inbound receiving and storing Line supply and return to stock Outbound shipping Inventory Counts Warehouse moves Quality Control – Holds Inbound and Outbound Inspections Setup of employees and guards including Active Directory roles and directed work qualifications Inventory movements: Stock Adjustments, LOST01 management, REJECT01 management, Rework management, Green Light management, Cycle Count management Local issue resolution - First Line of Defense: Personal knowledge of system, configuration, standard work, menu items Subject Matter Experts (SME) Develops knowledge base in operators/TLs/planners Ability to coordinate BY trace activity for unexpected events Plant configuration owner – Item Override: Knowledge of Bay rows, Knowledgeable on Material, Knowledgeable on plant design/mission/physical layout changes BY training program management & design: Standard Work knowledge Trains or designates training for new operators Trains or designates training for refresher needs Pre-print label management (inventory, reorder process) IDOC error management – Chep Pallets Recall: Mock recall coordination and improvement with FSQ Hazardous hold execution Security: Setup of employees and guards including Active Directory roles and directed work qualifications Knowledge of application security roles Warehouse Inventory Planner Duties Material and Glue: Order and Manage Glue for Lines 1,2,3,4,7,11,12, and 14 Order and Manage Rail and Trailer Air Bags Order and Mange Rail Dunnage Order Gaylord Totes Order Online and Offine Labels Chep Management: Order and Manage Chep daily Coordinate daily emails to Chep and Yard management Transfer Chep to Smart Weekly Manage morning inventory and volume for Smart Manage Northstar: Quincy Farms – Human Food Byproducts Batliner – Recycle D&D Pallets – Whitewood Create and Manage Rail Loading Schedule Manage Communication Board Weekly Lot Checks Mange Hold product in the Warehouse Count hold inventory and task out in SAP, Manage Disposition from FSQ, Hold and Inventory Reconciliation Green Light Duties Enter discrepancies in Smart Sheet - MQIS vs Blue Yonder Run Restricted Hold inventory daily for Warehouse Utility Employee Correct all Green Light discrepancies Daily Lot Checks with Hostler Run Monthly Comparison Report FSA TEAM Attend DDS (Daily Direct Meetings) Attend MDS (Monthly Direction Meetings) Manage Shipping Accuracy MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing warehouse inventory programs (2+years) Experience utilizing SAP High School Diploma or Similar PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in food manufacturing Experience managing operating supplies Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Field COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
