Responsibilities Develops organizational and business resilience strategies and plans; Works to maintain and validate those Assesses vendor business / technology resiliency / recovery processes, capabilities, plans, etc. and works with internal partners and vendors to improve those Develops, reports on, monitors, and escalates / drives solutioning for operational resilience issues Leads / directs the identification of data sources, data gathering / reporting for analysis, detailed analysis, and effective summary, trending, and root-cause reporting related to operations, vendor, business, and organizational resilience measures; Works with the responsible teams to drive solutions forward providing project management / process and organizational knowledge, and high-level technology awareness to the solutioning; Leads the investigation, identification, strategizing, data gathering and reporting, and ongoing monitoring / management of operational resilience measures that provide preventive capabilities to improve resilience, including backup completeness, server maintenance (reboots, patch hygiene, etc.), etc. Leads / directs identification of key business / organizational processes, dependencies, alternate work strategies for situations impacting work place, associates / managed services providers, up and down stream providers, vendors, and systems; Supports the development of continuity plans in concert with the affected area including Ascension Technology; Assesses vendor business / technology resiliency, recovery, and management processes, capabilities, plans, etc. and works to improve those improvement opportunities, validation activities, etc. driving improvements forward providing project management / process and organizational knowledge, and high-level technology awareness to the solutioning Other responsibilities as defined Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
