Italy Corporate Sales Coordinator

The Corporate Sales Coordinator will support the Merchandising Planning Manager and is in charge of: Contribute to building the best strategy for channels (TCCS and Corporate Sales) to ensure business growth and sales target achievement and leverage our client experience in any activation Support the execution of trade marketing activities including promotional plan, CRM plan, private sales events, and special loyalty programs Support the purchasing activities in collaboration with EMEA and our local warehouse depending on the needs of each store and oversee merchandising retail planning procurement Drive promotional activations according to stock priorities and support in managing the inventory to optimize stock-level rebalancing actions Have a creative attitude to implement store displays/VM according to guidelines and check the store execution Be a point of reference for the Region regarding corporate sales Support in-store setup of special events Support the coordination of F&F events in HQ and external locations Support the retail team with new store opening Analyze results/sellout to monitor the promotional activation progress and identify new best practices and create reports Qualifications Degree in Marketing/Economy and equivalent +2 years of marketing/retail/sales experience in a retail / cosmetics / luxury goods or FMCG arena At least 2 years of successful experience in a trade marketing/retail/commercial position Evidence of ability to identify value opportunities (entrepreneurial attitude) Good Analytical Skills Good knowledge of market, retailers and competitors Personality: positive, proactive and creative attitude Great communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional teams Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Italian and English Fluent Job: Retail - Corporate Primary Location: Europe, Middle East, Africa-IT- Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 233130 This job advertising is addressed to both sexes based on law 903/77 and 125/91, and addressed to people of any age and nationality based on legislative decree N°215/03 and 216/03.
