Equipment&Project Lead Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.<br><br>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate;</li><li>keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project;</li><li> meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion; </li><li>securing project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;</li><li>Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout;</li><li>leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless;</li><li>building up a long term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust;</li><li>creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best.</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college; </li><li> Have work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market </li><li> Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian </li><li> Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems </li><li> Show ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario.
