SHOP REPAIR TECHNICIAN

The Shop Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Shop Mechanical Technician improves the maintenance-related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity. Together, we create amazing technology that unlocks access to energy for the benefit of all.<br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li>Organizing parts for assembly operations based on provided build packs.</li><li>Assembly of wellhead and frac assemblies based on provided build packs.</li><li>Filling out assembly build packs, recording part and serial numbers.</li><li>Proper use and operation of hand, electric and pneumatic tools.</li><li>Operating hydraulic torque wrenches.</li><li>Hydro testing of individual valves and assemblies.</li><li>Painting of assemblies and parts.</li><li>Packaging and securing assemblies for shipment to field.</li><li>Customer property and rental equipment repairs (valves, crosses, adapters, spools).</li><li>Loading and unloading carrier vans and flat deck trailers.</li><li>Pulling customer orders and packaging based on bill of lading and/or sales orders.</li><li>General warehouse and yard housekeeping.</li><li>Pre job inspections of forklifts, cranes, hydraulic wrenches, tools, and rigging.</li><li>Operating class 4 forklifts, class 7 forklifts, and skid steer inside and outside facility.</li><li>Operating overhead bridge and jib cranes.</li></ul>
