We are a highly recognised team who successfully deliver the highest quality of service to our customers.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As <b>UPG PSE Mechanical Engineering Leader </b>your essential responsibilities will be: <br><ul><li>Lead the team of Design Engineers responsible for Mechanical discipline technical documentation issuing, complying with quality and time schedule targets as per Program/Project needs (Customer and/or Procurement and/or Manufacturing and/or Field/site aspects); focus areas are: define and procure auxiliary solution; lead structural design; defining plant layout; coordinate the reverse engineering phase (if needed);</li><li>Provide technical leadership to ensure full compliance of auxiliary systems components design to project/program requirements (Internal and external Customers, Regulatory and field constraints);</li><li>Manage Engineering/Quality KPIs assuring high performance in terms of results;</li><li>Coordinating and supporting the outsource engineering resources, monitoring their quality, timing and productivity; </li><li>Drive excellence in building team mechanical engineering capabilities; working in the 3D model based environment, leveraging on the computational tools for structural (both static and dynamic) and civil topics; in order to ensure the fulfillment of functional requirements and the environmental constraints;</li><li>Lead and maintain effective the interfaces, the initiatives, and the data flow with other Company Departments and functions (Procurement/Manufacturing, Logistic cells, Global Service...);</li><li>Communicate project/program/disciplines growth progresses and accomplishments to Senior Management;</li><li>Work close to RQS Project Engineering and NPD Systems Engineering functions to facilitate flawless projects/programs execution for all business segments;</li><li>Drive and influence the configuration adoption;</li><li>Support supply chain and sites in resolution of non-conformities (service requests);</li><li>Promote an environment where innovative ideas generation process is encouraged, being a pioneer and ambassador of Energy Transition;</li><li>Comply to BH policies and values and HSE culture; ensuring best in class for Quality, HSE and ESG performance;</li><li>Foster a strong interdependent culture promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion;</li></ul><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will need<br><br><b>Qualifications/Requirements:</b><br><ul><li>Engineering Master's degree;</li><li>Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanical and thermal physical domains;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a Systems Integration discipline;</li><li>Proven experience with technical problems resolution for machines and/or complex systems design;</li><li>Strong ability to manage global teams in a complex matrix organization;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;</li><li>ability to influence and motivate others;</li><li>Effective leadership, team building and problem-solving skills;</li><li>Ability to promote cultural changes and continuous collaboration behavior;</li><li>Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and internal/external customers;</li><li>English fluency;</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills;</li><li>EU Work Permit.<br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
