Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.<br><br>As a Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>To Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.</li><li>Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.</li><li>Handles simple manufacturing processes.</li><li>There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.</li><li>Leads a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K</li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion<br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Hold a bachelor's degree or technical diploma in a relevant field.</li><li>Have solid experience in Manufacturing, Inventory and Logistics functions within the Oil and Gas industry.</li><li>Have the experience in dealing with suppliers and supplier metrics.</li><li>Have the Knowledge/understanding of MRP systems and preferred SAP experience.</li><li>Be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word etc.</li><li>Have strong verbal, written, communication and decision-making skills.</li><li>Be highly motivated and energetic individual with good organizational skills</li><li>Have the digital mindset with strong ability to learn and navigate systems.</li></ul><br><br>Work in a way that works for you<br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
