The Strategic Transformation Consulting business unit is part of Wipro’s Consulting division where we address complex digital business challenges with guidance around key areas such as Business and IT led Transformations; Digital Strategy & Design; Business / IT Alignment; Process & Program Transformation. We are the front-end and tip of the spear when enabling business value from digital transformation and leading / new technologies. This role belongs to our subsidiary Wipro legal entity with a headquarter Stockholm. As Manager - Strategic Technology Consulting, you help to shape the digital future for our clients and generate visible results in interdisciplinary teams. You will generate growth, create customer centricity and help our clients to achieve business excellence. Our projects range from the formulation of Tech strategies, through rapid pilot projects, to supporting the overall IT transformation process. Conduction and leadership of digitalization consultancy projects with a strong strategic core Consulting and guiding the management on the implementation of the Digital C-Level Agenda Design and implementation of tech strategic programs for future positioning and identification of areas of action, along all three approaches of digitalization: Growth, Customer Experience, Efficiency Design of customer-centric business models and establishment/expansion of ecosystem thinking Definition and implementation of future Digital Operating Models (Process, Digital Organization, Governance, New Ways of Working, Future-ready IT, Change Management, etc.) incl. optimization of existing processes and organization using digital tools Design and implementation of agile organizational structures for digital products & services Managing the implementation of digital transformation, including piloting of data-driven use cases, expansion of new digital service models, establishing innovation management Contribute to the constant development of our
