Introduction You will be the role for EHS management function of Digital Industry project business and service business. What are my responsibilities? To work with the assigned BU/depts/ BFs as EHS expert through knowing them well and being involved in their daily things, as well as implementing, pushing, supervising and reporting EHS related works, as a result to support their business or daily works. 2. To monitor EHS performance and drive CIP in company by means of monitoring EHS OTP, doing external and internal EHS audit, organizing EHS management review, conducting EHS inspection in workshop and office also in project or service site, investigating and analyzing accidents or potential risks, implementing corrective and preventive actions, initiating EHS activities, responding to authorities and so on, so to make company running safely and legally. 3. To establish, maintain and optimize EHS management system continuously by combining business and customer demand, catering to SIEMENS requirement as well as the laws, standards and regulations from national and international authorities, also referring to the external benchmarks, meanwhile pushing the system implemented genuinely, in turn to urge EHS management system furthering and make it sure the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainable suitability and adequacy. 4. To promote and build up high level EHS culture by developing the colleagues working in individual depts and BFs with EHS assignments and organizing diversified training, workshop, poster and brochure, rehearsal, case study, lessons learned and experience sharing and so on, aiming for that every employee will take EHS responsibility actively and would like to search improvement measures on their own initiative.5. To enforce team building and develop people by means of managing tasks, applying PMP, mentoring and coaching, supervising, empowering, sharing and reporting and so on for the sake of matching the people with the business and enhancing teams' competence and capability. 5. To enforce team building and develop people with the aid of managing tasks, applying PMP, mentoring and coaching, supervising, empowering, sharing and reporting and so on, for the sake of matching the people with the business and enhancing teams' competence and capability. 6 To supervise special equipment, special operators and special tasks by monitoring the overall process of the issues from beginning to end and giving professional request also conducting the issues (such as, doing the registration, filing, regular test of the equipment, administrating Personal Protective Equipment, coordinating the training and examination for the special operators, making special training for staff working for high risk tasks or investigating customer's qualification and so on), so to make company in compliance with the related laws and regulation, and make our people working in health and safe. 7. Other jobs and tasks assigned by QM&EHS, DI T&OE, DI/SFAE management and SIEMENS EHS reporting circle. What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. More than 8 years working experience and worked for minimum 5 years in EHS functions; 2. Headed the work for building, maintaining and optimizing EHS management system (ISO14001 and ISO 45001). 3. Familiar with the related laws and regulations and applied them. 4. Organized environmental aspects and hazard identification and the next assessment, then defined the related actions and made them worked. 5. Conducted EHS inspection and investigated accidents. 6. Designed and implemented EHS activities, such as training, workshop and so on to promote EHS. 7. Led EHS audit and supervised the next follow-up. 8. Cooperated with authorities and third parties. 9. Managed people and team. 10. Worked with minimum 5 years for EHS functions. What else do I need to know? 1. Know industrial automation business and product well. 2. Be with strong skills and ability in communication, organizing, coordinating, network, training and project management. 3. Communicate with foreigners in spoken and written English fluently. 4. Be with 3 years or more experience in foreign enterprises / organization; 5. Worked in electrical engineering and service company.
