What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?  · どんな業務内容ですか？どのような課題、要件、またはスキルを日々の業務で必要としますか？ · 現在政府機関が直面しているコスト削減、テレワーク環境の充実、セキュリティ強化を実現する為に 仮想化ソリューションは必須要件になりつつあります。VMware Japanでも最重要アカウントとしている 防衛省に対するハイタッチ営業がミッションとなります。防衛省内の組織ごとに営業担当を割り当てて おります。サーバーの仮想化すら実施されていない環境から高度な仮想環境の提案まで提案範囲は幅広く防衛省への直接営業活動、パートナー様との連携による営業活動、及び仮想化のDemand Creationを社内各種リソース（プリセールスエンジニア・プロダクトビジネスユニット・コンサルティングサービス）と連携しながら実施し、成果を出すことがミッションとなります。 そのために以下のことを実施します。 · 防衛省の課題を理解し解決するため、エンドユーザー様及びパートナー様に対して、防衛省の業務の視点から製品・サポート・サービスを含めた統合的な提案を行う · 担当顧客やパートナー様の意思決定者やキーマンとの関係構築と継続の実施 · 市場動向・IT 投資特性・競合状況などを分析の上、アカウントプランニングと実行の両輪の実施 · VMware製品の認知度向上（特にネットワーク＆セキュリティの分野） · Virtual Account Team制を導入していることから、営業部門以外のメンバーとの チームワークによる案件開拓・醸成とクロージングまでのプロセスの自己管理の実施 · アカウントの責任者としての各種活動のオーナーシップ · プロダクトアウトの提案活動ではなく、お客様目線でリーダーシップの発揮し営業活動の推進 【求める経験】 · ハード・ソフトを問わず、IT業界での法人営業職で、顧客担当として個人目標額を持ち、 · 提案型ソリューション営業の経験を 5 年以上お持ちの方 · 直販経験保持者歓迎 · ITインフラ、クラウドの構造を理解していること（ハード・ソフト共に）入札等を伴う大規模システム、 仮想化ソリューションを含めたインフラシステムの提案経験をお持ちの方 · 営業目標達成のため、プロセスを確立・実践し、高いゴールを継続して達成されている方 · 社内外問わず、高いコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方 · 英文資料の読解と、Email での英語コミュニケーション力歓迎（努力目標も可） · 新規顧客開拓の経験者歓迎 · What is the leadership like for this role?
