Lead Engineer 1 - Mobile App Development

Overview The WSP Team is built to address the needs of the Brand Marketing organizations across all sectors. With the platform growing rapidly, Team is developing the mobile App for different sectors in PepsiCo. The main purpose of this role is to build mobile competencies around the mobile app development for IOS & Android platform. The role requires the candidate to be competent and proficient in Mobile App development using React Native & Flutter. He/She should be expertise with Mobile App roles and responsibilities like developing new features / components & maintaining / supporting the existing the mobile app. Responsibilities WSP team is looking for a React Native & Flutter Developer responsible for creating multi-platform apps for iOS and Android. The primary focus will be on creating new experiences and maintaining existing apps. Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. He / She must have previous experience in React Native, Flutter and Dart development. Qualifications Years of Experience 2-3 years of experience in Flutter. 2-3 years of in React Native. 1-2 years of experience in native technologies like Android, iOS. 1-2 Years in JavaScript frameworks such as NodeJS. 2-3 Years of Experienced in REST and JSON Mandatory Technical Skills Hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI and animations Hands-on experience React Native Hands-on experience in leading JavaScript frameworks such as NodeJS. Must have experience in to React Native to build cross-platform applications, including integrating React Native into existing native applications Must have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS Experience with cross-platform technologies like ionic and React Native skills. Experience establishing coding standards, code review & merging processes to manage the software development lifecycle of a front-end web app component Mandatory Non-Technical Skills Excellent communication skills Experience with Agile Software development principles. Ability to clearly understand requirements outlined in user stories in DevOps boards and execute accordingly. Ability to learn new concepts and skills and technologies to evolve as the technology landscape evolves.
