Conduent opened a brand-new Customer Engagement Center for a world-famous automotive brand specializing in electric vehicles and EV Mobility. We are looking for German speaking people who have a passion for sales and providing great customer engagement service. What is important in your job: Provide remarkable customer engagement experiences. In the conversations with customers and/or prospects you will promote smart and the services that smart provides. You will identify purchase options to support vehicle and related services sales. Support customers to purchase a vehicle or related services on the e-commerce platform. Having a year of sales experience is nice to have. And, of course we have set KPI’s so that we can show our excellent service as a team. Work- and training hours: Our Customer Engagement Center is open from Monday till Sunday from 9.00 AM to 9.00PM. You’ll work flexible shifts. The training will be approximately 3 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM. What we offer you: A fulltime contract. We pay an attractive salary and provide a bonus scheme.
