As a Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order<br />
<br />
As a Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Handling all Rig In/Out movements</li>
<li>Communicating with customers for delivery updates and Signed DT.</li>
<li>Managing Yard activities, training &amp; educating yard member for safe work manner.</li>
<li>Certifying all lifting equipment in base while coordinating with third party certifying company.</li>
<li>Delivering Manual tickets for load outs as per customer requirements parallel with SAP transactions</li>
<li>Preparing Checklist for load outs for rig deployments</li>
<li>Lifting Supervisor for critical crane lifts and Paper works each lifts</li>
<li>Tracking sheet update for rented baskets, containers and webbing slings for logistics use</li>
<li>Opening Work orders for back loaded items</li>
<li>Incoming shipment: Physical check GR and move to bin location</li>
<li>Outgoing shipment: Pick, Pack and packing list to logistics</li>
<li>Performing Monthly and Annual counts</li>
<li>Performing Customer Owned Inventory count and data base update</li>
<li>Performing Third party inventory update</li>
<li>Supporting Workshop Issues for AMO</li>
<li>Preparing and delivering tickets for local deliveries.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have Technical diploma or Associate&
39;s degree in a Mechanical field preferred.</li>
<li>Have 2+ years of relevant industry experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive).</li>
<li>Have proven experience in a technical environment</li>
<li>Have Good written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Have Good mechanical aptitude</li>
</ul>
