You will be guided by an experienced team who will mentor you to understand wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions. You'll gain hands-on experience with some incredible technology.<br><br>As a Junior Field Operator Wireline, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Being a self-starter, keen to learn operator duties in a variety of environments and locations</li><li>Ensuring that logging units are operated and driven safely to ensure availability on-site at scheduled times</li><li>Maintaining Well-Site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed</li><li>Participating in quality improvement efforts to ensure the service delivery and safety of operations, including ballistics</li><li>Following internal HSE policies for equipment and logistics to ensure safety and compliance</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent educational level related to oil and gas industry</li><li>Be willing to gain Industry experience and undergo product line training</li><li>Show a basic knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry</li><li>Experience is not mandatory, university graduates can be considered </li><li>Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills</li><li>Be fluent in Azerbaijani and English</li><li>Be a team player and display good communication skills</li><li>Be happy to travel to international locations to work with customers on site</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
