<p>Our client is a national health charity working to ensure that everyone can access clear pathways to mental health support whenever and wherever they need it. They strive to achieve their mission through the provision of pioneering training, awareness-raising campaigns and lobbying, whilst also operating the UK's largest and most comprehensive directory of community mental health services, the Hub of Hope.</p>
<p><strong>Location: Liverpool or hybrid/remote working with a flexible, life and family-friendly employer</strong></p>
<p><em>Salary: £38,000-£44,000</em></p>
<p><em>Permanent role, 35 days full time or 4 days </em></p>

<p><strong>About the role: </strong></p>
<p>We're looking for a visionary digital and data leader with the skills, experience and insight to take the Hub of Hope mental health signposting platform to the next level in the months and years ahead.</p>
<p><strong>You'll drive </strong>innovation and growth during one of the most dynamic periods in the charity's history, with the number of services listed and the number of platform visitors growing exponentially over the last 12 months.</p>
<p>You'll do this by building and inspiring a talented multi-disciplinary team and working with a range of external partners to achieve key objectives.</p>
<p><strong>What can you expect to do day-to-day? </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Put user experience at the heart of everything, ensuring accessibility for diverse groups.</li>
<li>Oversee strategy, operations and the platform's functionality, as well as any other software solutions or associated technology.</li>
<li>Collaborate with third-party specialists, such as developers, programmers, digital engineers, analysts and data scientists.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>
<p>To apply for this unique digital and data role, you'll need technical knowledge across a range of digital development functions, particularly:</p>
<p><strong>Cross-platform mobile app development, web development, database management, CMS, API development, AWS and serverless architectures</strong>.</p>
<p>Solid grounding in data analytics, visualisation and reporting and effective working knowledge of common systems such as: <strong>GA4, PowerBI, Tableau, or Google DataStudio.</strong></p>
<p>Excellent technical project management skills, particularly in the context of building and scaling mobile and web applications.</p>
<p>Finally, you're a starter-finisher with the ability to 'do the doing', but also ambitious when it comes to blue-sky thinking. You're excited by contributing constructive ideas and insights to support the overall growth and impact of the charity.</p>
