CME Planning and Organization Planning Collaborate with commercial and medical teams as co-strategist for creating and/or sustaining medical partnerships and applicable CME programs Ensure proper alignment of CME programs with corporate strategies and proper engagement with relevant stakeholders. Lead the development of CME for the Satellite Symposia and GSK initiated congresses. Monitoring Over-all lead in the planning and implementation of all CME events Monitor progress of programs based on achievement, quality and HCP reach Implementation Ensure timely execution of HCP/HCO promotional activities (eg LIVE meetings, HCO engagements, Disease awareness program, Lay lectures) Effective execution of logistics checklist for each event (production of collaterals, payment raising, collaterals etc.) Ensure availability of speakers for each event (MAM) including logistics (flight, accommodation and transfers) Act as coordinator for HCO Symposia and GSK initiated meetings In charge of synergizing with other TAs in CME events for an integrated and effective execution Post Activity Evaluation Provide processed data analytics with customer insight to sales, marketing and medical stakeholders (HCP feedback, comments, Q&A repository and customer satisfaction rating, HCP access profile and behavior) Lead the evaluation and metrics monitoring of implemented commercial programs Analyze results and recommend changes as appropriate to meet different market conditions 2. Compliance, Control and Management Monitoring Ensure all LSOP regarding Medical governance and compliance related to promotional activities are adhered to by Marketing and Sales Team Ensure all CME activities are within the approved budget and are aligned to marketing strategies and financial processes Ensure that all documents relating to HCO sponsorship / partnership, are filed in a timely manner for an audit-ready environment To be the partner of Medical Governance and Compliance teams in ensuring that all programs are approved prior to execution All documents pertaining to the program approval are secured and accounted for GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organisation where people can thrive.
