You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.<br><br>As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li>Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area<br></li><li>Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge.<br></li><li>Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.<br></li><li>Handling diverse clients in a region.<br></li><li>Leading a department with large estimated orders.<br></li><li>Handling local focus on medium size territory<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college<br></li><li>Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales or customer facing roles (customer engagement roles)<br></li><li>Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in well intervention<br></li><li>Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fishing services<br></li><li>Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in casing exit<br></li><li>Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wellbore cleanout and through tubing intervention<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
