<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><strong>Head of Events</strong></p><p><strong>Global Membership Body</strong></p><p><strong>Central London - Hybrid Working (2 days in the office 3 working days from home</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: </strong><strong>£50,000 </strong></p><p><strong>ASAP start - Temp to Perm</strong></p><p> </p><p>My client, a leading professional membership body, is currently recruiting for a Head of Events to develop and deliver a strategic events programme for their international membership body.</p><p>The role is to start asap on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be have excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines, be a problem solver and have a flexible and adaptable approach.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead on flagship events (conferences, awards, and dinners).</li><li>Develop existing events and create new events to increase revenue.</li><li>Manage services provided for domestic and international destinations including venue sourcing, contract negotiation and site visits.</li><li>Supplier sourcing, negotiation and contracting.</li><li>Organise all logistics and operations including food and beverages, AV and technical production, hotels, ground transportation, virtual event vendors, provide and deliver on the administration of mobile apps, staff flights ad accommodation, on site delivery and attend Washup meetings.</li><li>Advise Working Groups/Committees on suggested promotional materials and liaise with the marketing and graphic team.</li><li>Delegate registration management using Eventbrite and CRM</li><li>Issue of visa invitations and general assistance.</li><li>People Management - event coordinators and freelancers.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>To apply to this role please send your CV</strong></p><p> </p><p>Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
