UX/UI Product Designer

Within the Digital Design team, we are recruiting a UX/UI Product Designer to strengthen our Global team of 40 Designers who develop web, mobile and screen applications for physical products. Our mission is to oversee digital design within Schneider Electric at an international level, to instil a design culture in the company and to deploy the design system. We create consistent, enjoyable and memorable experiences for our users. As a Product Designer at Schneider Electric, you will help take digital design to the next level. We are looking for talented designers, but more importantly passionate and innovative people who want to build B2B and B2C digital products for energy management with us. Your missions : User-centered approach: Set up the different devices needed according to the context (interviews, prototyping, user tests...) Facilitation and co-design: Prepare and lead co-creation workshops to get teams to converge and align on a common vision. Practice the double diamond design process from start to finish: Conduct user research and translate the results into a user journey and design pixel-perfect models that engineers can easily implement. Culture and evangelism: To be the design representative, the voice of the user in the company. To be the representative of the design system, promoting the Schneider Electric digital ecosystem to form a unified and complete experience. Systemic approach : To have a systemic approach and contribute to the design system. Data: Know how to use and analyse data. Qualifications Your profile: You have at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Product Designer ideally within a large organisation on B2B and B2C solutions. You know how to use and create the UX tools needed to solve the different problems (user research, prototyping, testing, interviews) and are familiar with Figma, Dovetail and Maze technologies. You have knowledge of front-end development and graphic design. You are passionate about product design and system design and are obsessed with industrialisation and efficiency. You enjoy solving problems and understanding technical issues and dependencies. You are an excellent communicator. You are curious, constantly on the lookout for new trends and tools. Involvement in design communities is a plus. You are fluent in English. You are creative, detail-oriented and obsessed with simplicity. You have a strong graphic sensibility and knowledge of brand design. You are enthusiastic, humble and caring. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment. International travel possible to our Design Labs (Paris, Grenoble, Boston, Bangalore and others). Schedule: Full-time Req: 00820O
