CIP culture building: Design CIP culture and implement in production office. Value Stream Analysis / Design; Analysis process and improve E2E efficiency. Production synchronization; Create the synchronization system and improvement production efficiency. Pull-Principle, Analysis stock root cause and reduction stock. Lean Cell Design VAG; Create the standard cell line methods and improvement production line efficiency. Reduction of Setup time / SMED; Create the standard SMED methods and improvement machine efficiency. Milkrun FIFO; Create the material supply methods and improvement production efficiency.
