About the Role This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation and ongoing client relationship/solution management of Electronic Payment Systems for state and local solutions. Responsibilities Implementing and managing new and existing EPS state or contracts with varying degrees of complexity. Ongoing management of low complexity client relationships and operations. Overseeing project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer stakeholders and EPS business and technical resources. Ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining communication and overall management of the client relationship. Identifying and executing opportunities to grow the client relationship/business while focusing on delivery of current contract products. Recognizing areas of continuous improvement and opportunity for cost savings and performance efficiencies. Assisting with the preparation and management of project implementation plans/schedules, project budget, and profit and loss. Conducting onsite visits throughout the implementation to assess project status, assist in solution build, and to provide education and support. Working with customers to troubleshoot system functionality issues. Requirements Have bachelor’s degree or two years of equivalent work experience in a payments related field. Possess three years’ experience coordinating or assisting in project implementations as project coordinator or program/project manager. Have two years of managing client relationship experience. Show organizational skills including the ability to plan, direct, organize, prioritize, and control business operations. Display knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project software. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000.
