<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.</li>
<li>Valid teaching certification or license in Special Education.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching students with special needs.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of various special needs including learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and behavioral disorders.</li>
<li>Experience in creating and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) for students.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, parents, and staff.</li>
<li>Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.</li>
