For clients in North America and internationally, we are combining the most advanced Electro-magnetic and Mud-pulse MWD technologies and unlock next generation of performance drilling. We design, source, assemble, rent and sell, and service as the Evolution organization.<br />

You will ensure clients are best equipped to operate Evolution&
39;s MWD equipment to the highest performance standards. By providing clients with excellent operational training and support, Evolution Engineering&
39;s clients run the best system in the MWD industry, helping them to grow their businesses.<br />
<br />
As Technology Advocate, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li><b>Field Training Support</b></li>
<li>Provide on-site field operator training to support new field operators or prototype/newly commercialized equipment</li>
<li>Conduct classroom training for clients&
39; field operators and coordinators</li>
<li>Assist in the development and updating of operations manuals</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Technical Support</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Perform on-call technical support</li>
<li>Organize and assist client coordinators/field personnel with the execution of fleet wide hardware/software upgrades to reduce potential NPT</li>
<li>Update and provide clients with all documentation for field level services</li>
<li>Assist Technical Operations Support personnel on an as needed basis</li>
<li>Review and analyze job specific information and advice clients on improved equipment operations</li>
<li>Capture, track, and analyze incident information into the Solution Center</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Evolution Operations Support</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Assist with developing new company-wide processes and SOPs</li>
<li>Contribute to data collection and continuous improvement efforts for all existing, prototype, and newly commercialized equipment as required by the company</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a high school diploma / GED with equivalent experience</li>
<li>3+ years minimum experience with MWD equipment</li>
<li>Knowledge of the drilling process and downhole environment/conditions</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, others as needed)</li>
<li>Advanced organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Be a change agent with very good credibility and influence in the organization</li>
<li>Have the ability to motivate others and achieve results</li>
<li>Be committed to project execution</li>
</ul>
