To perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.<br />
<br />
As a Supervisor - Production , you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Conducting HSE Leadership engagement.</li>
<li>Providing shift hander over to each cell operation leader.</li>
<li>Reporting any discipline issues during night shift.</li>
<li>Reporting HSE issues to concern team</li>
<li>Monitoring and control labor vouchering.</li>
<li>Distributing and executing night shift plan.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma.</li>
<li>Have 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Shop Operations and supervising shop floor employees.</li>
<li>Have demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and team</li>
<li>Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously</li>
</ul>
