<b>Senior Project Manager</b><br><br><b>Advance your career</b><br><br><b>Are you interested in working in our Energy Transition Space?</b><br><br><b>Join our Team!</b><br><br>Druck, a Baker Hughes business, delivers world-class expertise, excellence, and reliability in the toughest environments.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.<br><br>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Driving project accountability throughout the business</li><li>Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions</li><li>Generating resource plans to deliver project schedules</li><li>Assessing project financial benefits, and approving projects based on the business case</li><li>Leading cross-functional project teams throughout the entire Project Life Cycle (PLC) in accordance with a stage gate process</li><li>Presenting projects schedules, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders and customers</li><li>Achieving the execution of program activities on time, within budget and maintaining product cost within target</li><li>Providing interim metrics/reports on program status including financial risks & opportunities and ensure proper archiving of program schedule/cost documentation</li><li>Providing leadership to more junior members of the team</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a degree in Engineering or Science or closely related field</li><li>Be comfortable working in a small team and be hands on producing plans for the execution of the projects</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to analyse complex issues and decompose these into a manageable set of tasks</li><li>Demonstrate experience of leading projects with global teams</li><li>Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems</li><li>Be able to speak fluent English</li><li>Show excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
