Working on large scale projects with cutting-edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.<br><br><b>Join our innovating Quality Engineering team</b><br><br>You will lead a team of globally diverse Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) and SQT's (Technicians) to drive Supplier Quality for Valves Product Lines. You will be responsible for direct leadership, development and career coaching of a team of SQEs.<br><br>As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineering Manager - Valves , you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Driving positive organization culture with great front-line leadership and connectivity across the regions.<br></li><li>Guarantying collaboration between functions and locations to ensure compliance to engineering and customer specifications.<br></li><li>Conducting supplier capability and process assessment, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, supplier qualifications, audits, and performance monitoring.<br></li><li>Participating in supplier business reviews in alignment with cross-functional team members.<br></li><li>Ensuring development, training, and implementation of supplier quality tools/processes for all quality engineering team members, internal stakeholders and suppliers.<br></li><li>Supporting additional requirements like Front End Support, Supplier Development in terms of Quality, Nuclear SQE, etc.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a BSc. in a Technical field.<br></li><li>Have significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Engineering or Quality experience.<br></li><li>Have good direct management experience.<br></li><li>Have proven experience in acting and driving corrective action with large global suppliers.<br></li><li>Be able to travel (up to 30%) domestic and internationally.<br></li><li>Have the ability to work within a complex environment with cross-functional teams across different regions.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
