Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Rixensart’s Management of Production Units team working on HBV (Hepatitis B Vaccine), and Malaria Develop LEAN tools (6 sigma, etc.) and methodology (DMAIC, etc.) Participate to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case Implementing process improvements Supporting the project leader in established projects with: Following up on project actions and making sure decisions taken are put in place Keeping track of projects scope Schedule and resources Project communications Stakeholder management & Escalating risks and issues You’ll be excited by the thought of: Developing knowledge in 6 sigma and lean methodology Developing knowledge in digital tools like PowerBi, PowerApps, Azure Developing team collaboration skills and working in a fast-paced environment Participating to initiatives and projects in Production Units Analysing production data and processes Participating to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case Implementing process improvements Supporting the project leader in established projects Who are we?
