Als befähigen wir Sie, Sie selbst zu sein, Ideen zu teilen und kollaborativ zu arbeiten Aktuell suchen wir eine/n (Senior) Manager*in New Products Strategy (Early Commercial) (m/w/d) Aufgaben: Verantwortlich für die kommerzielle Planung und Betreuung des Marktzugangs von Pipelineprodukten (u.a. Erstellung von Preisannahmen, Forecasts, Early Commercial-Strategien) Entwicklung von Market Access-Strategien (u.a. Wettbewerber-Analysen, Planung des Produktlebenszyklus) Verantwortlich für Vertretung deutscher Anforderungen und Ziele hinsichtlich Studien und Studiendesigns von Pipelineprodukten Interaktionen mit externen Stakeholdern (G-BA, RKI) bezüglich Studienplanung zur Sicherstellung der Erstattungsfähigkeit Betreuung unterschiedlicher Indikationenbereiche (Specialty Care, Oncology, Vaccines) Enge Verzahnung mit unterschiedlichen lokalen und globalen Funktionen (u.a. Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Advisor, Patient Relations) Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, gesundheitsökonomisches oder medizinisch/naturwissenschaftliches Studium Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Market Access, Commercial oder Medical, idealerweise mit Vorerfahrung in der Kommerzialisierung von Pipelineprodukten Sehr gutes analytisches sowie strategisch-konzeptionelles Denken mit hoher Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit bei der Fähigkeit sich in Teams zu integrieren Hervorragende Networking-Fähigkeiten und kommunikative Kompetenz Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
