Overview Main purpose: End to End Supply Chain Responsibility of VBL Co-pack Operations Adherence to Key Quality & Food Safety Controls at sites Monitoring of key QFS metrics (Product & process WIG, Consumer complaint) & drive improvement Ensure RM/PM availability and ensure timely call-ups of RM-PM leading to NIL production disruptions due to stock-out GCS, AIB, SSP, Internal Audit co-ordination Agreement compliance and Monitoring Statutory Compliances Renewals M&W and P&P requirements of Site Expert Trainers Support LD&T requirements Regulatory requirements for Food Safety – Increasing each year : Allergen, Labelling change, Global Food Safety Standards --> Verification Responsibilities ACCOUNTABILITIES Integrated Quality & Food Safety Ensure compliance to CQA Guidelines and standards on Quality and Food Safety in Copack Manufacturing Operations & Logistics. Drive quality through demonstrated values & behaviour and institutionalised management system review processes. Ensure that the Copack Manufacturing Operations performance always meets the minimum PIH mandates Embed ASHA / QSHA / Allergen disciplines/ Additional FSSAI Compliances as mandated Product Availability: Maintain oversight of the Asset Care program, ensuring Annual Maintenance / Guarantee Runs are done to assure reliability in delivering planned Line Productivity. Facilitate delivery of AOP/SNOP Volumes Control Environment Ensure controls environment is maintained at plants and business operations meet effective GCS rating. Ensure timely updates from Co-pack for statutory license renewals and updations of FSSAI licenses. Sustainability Drive PEP+ Agenda in line with BU and Sector Guidelines Single Point of Contact Be the SPOC for new product / process / technologies implementation in the Co-Pack Units Remediation of observations from Audit/PEP Visits Driving discipline of Compliance with the PepsiCo Policy and Guidelines in terms of mfg, quality etc Qualifications EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: B Tech (Mech/Elect/Food Tech) with 6-8 yrs exp Willingness to Travel to locations extensively (2-3 weeks in a month) Excellent communication , interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills Relationship Management Strong Analytical and planning skills Ability to cross reference and benchmark High level of confidence & ability to have authoritarianism in external Co-Pack environment Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels Capable of leading, training and motivating the plant teams remotely
