Conducts special studies and analyses, develops alternatives, presents recommendations, develops, and implements new strategies, programs, and/or processes in response to changing internal and external conditions.</p>

• To deliver a governing document that maps each stage of company's asset lifecycle to a standard process utilizing a set of recommended guidelines to be followed throughout the fleet.<br />
• Develop new asset policy and perform updates on existing policies as required.<br />
• Communicate policy updates with all impacted stakeholders, to include maintenance review committee, field operations, investment delivery, and field support staff.<br />
• Support all asset management related activities for the organization.<br />
• Perform analysis on company owned assets to prioritize maintenance and capital investments.<br />
• Develop performance assessments on spare assets, identifying major issues and risks that can be used to make decisions to improve efficiency of assets.<br />
• Collaborate with other department to analyze and develop capital projects to ensure a high level of reliability and customer service.<br />
• Conduct maintenance review activities with TLM department and support staff to ensure revised maintenance programs are administered.<br />
• Carry out regular review and analysis to make sure annual budget is adhered to.<br />
• Act as a subject matter expert within the company on assigned asset management topics.<br />
• Participate actively in acquiring new assets - ensure due diligence is carried out, including market analysis, financial, environment, and engineering reviews.<br />
• Provide technical support and training to less experienced staff members.<br />
• Close follow up with asset under construction process to ensure timely listing of the assets into fixed asset register.<br />
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be considered necessary to be assigned.</p>

• University Degree in Engineering is preferable.<br />
Relevant Experience - Minimum/Skills:<br />
Minimum of 10 years in the oilfield, with exposure to equipment and asset management.<br />
Accumulated strong knowledge in the fields of QHSE, Operations, Equipment and Technical for both Land and Offshore.<br />
Familiar with the Financial concepts and terminologies.<br />
Computer literate with ability to operate the SAP system.<br />
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
