Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer (contract) for a large FEED for a Middle Eastern Oil & Gas Project. The role will be on a temporary (agency) basis. <br><br><b>Workscope</b>: <br><ul><li> Supporting the selection of Compressor, Pump and Driver Configurations </li><li> Preparing reports on machinery selection </li><li> Preparation of data sheets for compressors and pumps </li><li> Preparation of budget enquiries to support estimate </li><li> Provision of support and advice on rotating equipment matters </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Extensive experience, primarily in a contracting environment, working with process compressors and pumps on FEED and EPC projects for the oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical industries </li><li> Experience of compressor and pump selection </li><li> Flexible attitude, with good written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Familiarity with the following codes : API (610 Pumps / Compressors ) ISO and ASME </li><li> Computer literate within Microsoft </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
