<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><strong>Senior Delivery Manager</strong></p><p><strong>£50,702 - £56,336 per annum (depending on experience)</strong></p><p><strong>Can be based at different UKRI office locations with hybrid working options available</strong></p><p><strong>Open-Ended</strong></p><p>The Senior Delivery Manager will work within an in-house function that builds and iterate digital services in line with Government Digital Service standards. You will organise and lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers, business analysts, development engineers, testers and platform engineers, ensuring the team is motivated and empowered to deliver its goals.</p><p>You will work closely with product managers to ensure the end-to-end software development process runs in the most efficient way, empowering team members to deliver their goals and ensure they are communicating with each other. </p><p>You will promote agile ways of working. You will also help nurture open, creative and innovative environments. As the expert in delivery management in UKRI, you will support the development of a community of best practice for delivery management across UKRI. </p><p>You will build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders, communicating at all levels. You will manage expectations and moderate discussions about high risk and complexity, even within constrained timescales. You will also be able to identify dependencies in plans across services and co-ordinate delivery.</p><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><p>As the ideal candidate you will have agile delivery and/or Scrum Master qualifications.
