Or a cover supervisor seeking additional work? </strong></p><p><strong>I am looking for cover supervisors in Redbridge for after half term on Long term and Supply basis. </strong></p><p><strong>The Role: </strong></p><p>As a Cover Supervisor, your main objective is to oversee the smooth running of all lessons during the school day including:</p><ul><li>Supervising the cover work set by the absent teacher</li><li>Ensuring the children have the required resources and knowledge to complete the work set by the teacher</li><li>Managing the behaviour of pupils during the lesson to ensure all work is completed to a high standard</li><li>Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies</li><li>Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/department.</li></ul><p><strong>The schools are ideally looking for someone with the following: </strong></p><ul><li>Organised, friendly and a positive work ethic</li><li>High expectations for themselves and the pupils </li><li>A team player with high standards of professionalism and courteousness. </li><li>Strong behaviour management skills</li><li>Be located within the UK and have the right to work.</li><li>Have an enhanced DBS or willing to put one into process</li></ul><p><strong>To enquire further, please email [email protected]</strong></p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/ZHJldy5zbWl0aC44MTc0MS40MzlAYWNhZGVtaWNzbHRkLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif" rel="no-follow" />
