<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"> <p>A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance and Performance, on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Charity's finances and investments, leading on organisational performance and reporting, and providing support on corporate governance, whilst collaborating and supporting staff in all parts of the Charity's activities. <br /> <br />There is hybrid working in place with this organisation. Additionally, they are flexible with the role being done over 4 days on a part-time basis or reduced hours over 5 days. Please note, the salary on show is the FTE. <br /> <br />As Head of Finance and Performance, you will: <br />- Lead and manage a small finance team including developing, motivating and supporting team members, fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture and resolving issues arising <br />- Be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting <br />- Deliver a proactive reporting function that brings together organisational reporting from multiple sources to build a bigger picture of the Charity's effectiveness <br />- Support the Director of Finance and Corporate Services on governance <br /> <br />The successful applicant will: <br />- Have significant demonstrable experience in finance within the charity sector, in a similar role <br />- Be fully qualified (hold a Professional Chartered Accountancy Qualification) <br />- Have demonstrable experience of organisational KPI monitoring and reporting <br />- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal <br /> <br />If this sounds like you and you're keen to hear more, please do get in touch ASAP! <br /> <br />Please note, only successful applicants will be contacted with further information. <br /> <br />Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists operates an equal opportunity policy and commits to treating all of our candidates and jobseekers fairly.
