Warehouse Rigger

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood has an opportunity for Warehouse Rigger to join our team on the BSP Rejuv project. <br><ul><li> Carry out, unbundling, painting, rebundling, scrapping off paints, cutting of scaffold tubes, boards, fittings </li><li> Prepare and maintain worksite in line with Supervisor's instruction </li><li> Assist with general housekeeping, ensuring a safe, clean, and tidy platform is maintained at all times </li><li> Able to operate the forklift </li><li> To ensure safe stacking and storage of equipment in accordance with company policy and procedure </li><li> To ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials are carried out </li><li> Assist with lifting operations in line with capability and in accordance with company rules / restrictions) </li><li> Follow the schedule communicated by the supervisor </li><li> Support the main activity by obtaining the necessary tools and materials and then assisting the trade personnel under their guidance and instruction </li><li> Providing it is within the general / craft assistant's ability, deal with any minor issue that prevents completion of the task </li><li> Proactively seek additional tasks where time permits </li><li> Adhere to all company policies, working practices and procedures as communicated by the company from time to time </li><li> Participate in Toolbox Talks </li><li> Participate and contribute to Wood Emergency Response process and procedure </li><li> Assist other discipline trades, (within capability) </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Experienced in a similar role in a O&G related industry </li><li> Bruneian </li><li> Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety </li><li> Flexible - able to comply / adapt to company / client requirements </li><li> Committed to achievement of project / company goals </li><li> Ability to interact with personnel at all levels - committed team player </li><li> Confident and ability to work on own initiative </li><li> Desire to learn and develop not only self but others within team - good attitude to continuous improvement </li><li> Ability to work in a multi - cultural environment </li><li> Ability to demonstrate high level understanding of HSE safe working practices / procedures and their implementation </li><li> Possesses a good standard in spoken and written English </li><li> Possesses a good understanding of safe working practices and can demonstrate commitment to safe working at all times </li><li> Can demonstrate an ability to work safely carrying out tasks in support of discipline specific activities </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
