Logistics Specialist

In this role, you will manage and govern Schneider logistics execution to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery process according to the agreed service level and improve overall customer satisfaction on orders and deliveries. Facilitate weekly updates of sales and backlog performance to supply chain and front office stakeholders. Support on escalation, process improvements and logistic execution. Customer Satisfaction on Delivery Monitor Customer Satisfaction KPI and feedback. Identify customer pain points and root cause. Build relationship with customers and sales team. Define and drive corrective action for long term solution. Coordinate with other teams and follow-up diligently. Transformation Projects Understand company priorities and direction. Support or lead transformation project in the country. What qualifications will make you successful? Degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering. Min 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (supply chain operations + front office experience are welcome). Good understanding of supply chain operations, business and customer priorities. Has experience in Project Management. Knowledge in SAP/Oracle system. Strong in excel & presentation skills. Good coordination and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficient in the English language (written and spoken). What's in it for me?
