The Role: Workflow and Documentation Analyst The Team: S&P Global is a high-growth, high-margin benchmarks, content, and analytics company serving the capital and commodity markets. Platts is a leading provider of energy and commodity information, including benchmarks that are critical to the markets. The Impact: This position will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and creating documentation review of all workflows. The Workflow and Documentation Analyst will also be responsible to stay current on the teams’ processes and systems functionalities to identify performance trends, highlight opportunities and risks, and help with improving operating efficiencies. Responsibilities: · Create process documentation/workflows · Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes, are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels · Conduct skill assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns · Identify issues and risks · Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management · Participate in the problem resolution · Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review · Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all company policies and procedures · Develop workflow to gather/extract raw data, analyze information and transform them into relevant infographic & visual story telling presentations · management function What We’re Looking For: · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, statistics, or related education and experience. Work Experience: · 2 –4 years of related work experience or related degree. · experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization a plus Skills: · Ability to create multimedia presentations such as PowerPoint, Visio when presenting data analysis and process improvements · High proficiency and experience in Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools · Previous knowledge in Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Tableau and Oracle (preferred) · Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Exposure in Lean and Agile methodology is preferred Language Requirements: · Excellent English-speaking skills required (orally and in writing) Work Schedule/Travel/On Call, etc.: · Work overtime as needed during the month end close. · Flexible schedule to meet important deadlines & regional · Occasional travel may be required · Occasional work on regional holidays may be required Flexible Working We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
